At Sud & Sea, our services are dedicated exclusively to privately owned second homes. We do not operate as a seasonal rental company because we believe a home deserves a different kind of care, consistent, thoughtful, and personal.

We work with a small number of clients to ensure each property receives the attention it deserves. Our approach is calm, discreet, and dependable, built around regular presence, trusted routines, and a standard of care that remains consistent throughout the year.

We follow an established schedule of inspections and property visits, allowing us to stay ahead of issues and maintain your home with reliability and structure. This ensures each residence is managed with the same level of care, without disruption or unnecessary intrusion.

When it comes to cleaning and preparation, we only work while the property is vacant. This allows our team to clean thoroughly and respectfully, ensuring the highest standard of presentation and comfort. For longer stays, additional cleaning can be arranged by request.*
